I would say close to zero dollars. Definitely less than $20. If it’s 15 years old, then it’s only a matter of time before something fails on it. I had a similar situation, and I gave it to Goodwill. If you really want some money for it, then I would put it on Ebay at no reserve and roll the dice.
YOU will have to pay someone to take it off your hands.
Seriously, a 15 year CD player has no real resale value at all. You might as well keep it, or just give it to a friend who might want it.
